Fourth of July Festival in Coeur d'Alene | Community Spirit
Fourth of July festivities in Coeur d'Alene kick off in less than 24 hours, with all-day fun for kids and kids at heart.
The 4th of July Festival presented by Numerica begins at 10:00 am with vendors, live music and activities lasting all day at City Park and the Band Shell.
The American Heroes Parade starts at 11:00 am, so make sure you get there early to claim your favorite spot along Sherman. The parade begins at Sherman Ave and finishes at Government Way just outside the Coeur d'Alene Resort.
And make sure you don't miss North Idaho's largest fireworks display downtown over Lake Coeur d'Alene. The show starts at dusk and can be seen for miles along the lake shore.
And while you're down there, keep an eye out for the roller derby girls! They'll be collecting donations all day for the pyrotechnics. The city says they're about $10,000 short on this year's show, so make sure to show your appreciation by dropping a couple bucks in the bucket.
